   ve zdrojovém HTML od serveru VŮBEC NENÍ, vkládá ho javascript až po
   načtení. Je to prvek v běžném toku s margin-top 16 px, takže když
   naskočí, celý karusel povyroste a všechno pod ním skočí dolů.
   Změřeno: desktop 306 na 342 px, mobil 171 na 210. V nejhorším běhu
   to dalo posun 0,38.

   Co se s tím dělá: karusel dostane spodní výplň přesně té výšky
   a tečky se z toku vyjmou a posadí se do ní. Místo je rezervované
   od začátku, místo aby vzniklo až po načtení.

   POZOR NA TY DESETINY, stály jedno kolo měření. Tečky nemají 19 px,
   ale 19,375 px na desktopu a 22,141 px na mobilu. S kulatými 19 a 22
   vycházela rezerva o 0,375 respektive 0,141 px menší a na šířce 1440
   se to zaokrouhlilo na celý pixel rozdílu ve výšce karuselu.
   Proto jsou tu desetinná čísla a proto se tečkám NENASTAVUJE výška,
   drží si vlastní.
